Forward to solidarity: mutual aid at the heart of the Association

In 2021, the Solidarity Fund evolved to offer personalized support to HEC alumni with three levers:  

• Financial assistance through the allocation of honor loans ;
• Subventions to allow those who would not otherwise have the means to use the services of the Association;
• confidential and tailor-made support.

Generation Share helps students in difficulty

March 2021, the Generation Share Club raised funds to help HEC students directly affected by the COVID crisis.

HEC VENTURES In 2021, HEC Ventures counted on nearly 350 investors and had raised €33M!

This is quite a boost, helping our entrepreneurs to achieve their ambitions. Many of them are already accelerating their development thanks to these investments: SpaceFill, IROKO, Cubyn, Double, Ornikar, COVE, Avi Medical and many others.

Conference 2nd Geopolitics Conference

The HEC Geostrategies Club and its partners, the IHEDN Paris IDF Region Auditors' Association, the CIAN (French Council of Investors in Africa) and the Revue Conflits organised the 2nd HEC Geopolitics Conference, on "The African Paradox - Threats and Perspectives".
This meeting at the École Militaire provided an opportunity to discuss and identify the opportunities behind Africa's major challenges.

Our first 100% virtual class reunion was held on June 5, 2021. Participants, former professors and students, all met online to exchange and celebrate! It was also an opportunity to listen to Hubert Joly (H.81) and Sir Ronald Cohen in a debate on "Impact & Purpose".

Remembrance The Ceremony to Rekindle the Flame

As every year, our community gathered to celebrate those alumni that have passed away. In 2021, we gathered under the Arc de Triomphe for a remembrance ceremony during which the graduates and students present proved their attachment to the memory of our 389 alumni who died for France.

Outside of France New HEC Campus in Qatar!

Adrien Couret (H.07), President of HEC Alumni, and Marguerite Gallant (H.03), Executive Director, went to Qatar to meet HEC graduates and celebrate the opening of the HEC Paris Campus in Qatar, as well as the graduation of the classes of 2020 and 2021.
It is always a source of pride to see our community grow!
